Job Summary: As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, optimizing inventory flow, and minimizing waste. Your role is critical in ensuring our FMCG operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping across all product lines. Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast demand and adjust inventory accordingly. Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems. Manage stock replenishment, ensuring timely orders to avoid shortages. Oversee regular stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy and consistency. Implement systems and processes to reduce waste and improve inventory turnover rates. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and regulatory standards. Prepare regular reports on inventory performance, stock levels, and trends for senior management.
