Description
We are seeking a diligent and organized Inventory Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and generate inventory reports for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems.
