ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Responsible for ensuring technical customer issues are resolved.
- Test and configure equipment’s such as modems, routers etc.
- Adherence to Health and safety regulations of the Organization and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Update network/ Data records on completion of job and ensure feedback is given to support team at close of work on daily basis.
- Ensure systems provided are employed to effective use.
