• Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling, and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of AO Holdings Ltd referred to as (The Company).


• Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance department including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, training, and conducting regular assessment of financial procedures.


• Spearhead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow management.


• Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization and prudently make investments on assets that maximize returns.


• Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.


• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.


• Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.


• Evaluate the financial performance of the organization, understand, and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities and measure returns on investments.


• Provide oversight as well as ensure 100% performance on receivables.


• Ensure complete adoption of Microsoft Dynamics ERP for managing every aspect of the company’s finances.


• Prepare and Review appraisals and KPIs in-line with the company’s business plan and provide on-going assessment for your team members.
