A successful applicant must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications, some experience working with ERPs, have great personal and interpersonal skills and must be willing and able to learn quickly on the job.
He must have the ability to implement quick and effective solutions to IT related challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
Applicants must be willing and ready to start work IMMEDIATELY.
Responsibilities will include.
- Provide first-line technical support to Client end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems, aiming for quick and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate IT teams or vendors and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist users with setting up new devices, software applications, and user accounts.
- Educate users on IT best practices, including security protocols and data protection measures.
- Provide training and guidance to users on utilizing technology efficiently and effectively.
- Manage hardware inventory, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
- Ensure all systems are up to date with the latest security patches and updates.
- Ensure that all multimedia tools such as Projectors, Camera, and Audio tools are ready for all meetings.
- Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues, both wired and wireless
