* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field * Professional HR certification (CIHRM, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage * 7–10 years of progressive HR experience * Minimum of 5 years in an HR managerial role * Strong knowledge of Ghana Labour Law and HR best practices * Experience in creative, media, or fast-paced environments preferred * Strong strategic thinking, leadership, emotional intelligence, and business-focused HR skills
