Human Resource Manager Information
Writes and places advertisements; works with supervisors to screen and interview candidates; conducts reference checking; extends job offers; conducts new-employee orientations;
conducts exit interviews.
Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, such as seminars. Maintains organizational charts and employee directory.
Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws.
Assist in handling Human Resource issues such as training and development, recruitment, maintenance of records, salaries and benefits, welfare, health and safety, industrial relations.
Assist in monitoring the implementation of training, personnel and welfare policies and procedures at all levels, to ensure consistency and uniformity.
Develop and implement effective system for the maintenance of personnel and training records and data.
Assist in determining the resource needs of the Human Resource Department and prepare annual budget for the department.
Identify and plan for staffing needs across departments, including determining selection criteria / recruitment requirements, developing job descriptions, designing interview strategies, and so on.
Conduct recruitment and on-boarding related activities
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department and develop hiring strategies/budgets/plans.
Maintenance and adhering toHR policies and procedures within the organisation.
