Our Client, a reputable Ghanaian-owned limited liability company and a leader in the laundry services industry based in Tema, requires the services of Laundry Shop Attendants/Sorters.
Key Duties
- Open and close shop as required
- Receive wash and fold orders according to company procedure
- Sort laundry items received for washing according to required procedure
- Attend to clients’ needs in a professional manner
- Handle customer complaints based on standard procedure
- Receive payments based on company policies and procedures
- Handle shop keys based on company procedures
- Perform other duties as may be required
