Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design Support (Primary Focus)
Assist in designing visual content for social media, marketing materials, event branding, and presentations.
Support the design team in developing layouts, illustrations, and brand elements.
Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to create and refine designs.
Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
Assist in preparing final artwork files for production and publishing.
2. Photography Support
Assist with setting up and dismantling photo shoots.
Help maintain and organize photography equipment.
Support photographers with lighting, props, and shoot coordination.
Retouch and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
3. Videography Support
Assist in planning and preparing for video shoots.
Set up equipment and support videographers during shooting.
Help with basic video editing, sound adjustments, and effects in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Organize and archive video content properly.
4. Administrative & Collaborative Tasks
Keep digital and physical files of projects well organized.
Assist in managing timelines and meeting project deadlines.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose creative ideas.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Minimum Qualifications
Diploma, certificate, or tertiary background in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Photography, Videography, or related field (a plus but not mandatory).
Required Experience
Previous experience or internships in graphic design, photography, or videography is an advantage.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
