1. HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2. Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing with two years’ experience
3. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including lead generation and closing sales.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with potential clients.

8. Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage leads.

Description
The Outbound Sales Officer be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and closing sales to achieve individual and team sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate new leads through various means such as cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Reach out to potential customers, introduce products/services, and generate interest.
- Conduct presentations or demonstrations of products/services to potential clients.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions based on their requirements.
- Successfully negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed monthly quotas.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position products/services.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and customer experiences.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements while conducting sales activities.
