Degree in Hydraulic Engineering or related fields. •A specialist training in Hydraulics would be a plus. •An intermediate study in Mechanical or Plant engineering • Ability to communicate effectively and establish rapport with employees at all levels. • 5 years' experience in a hydraulic design role. • Have a practical knowledge of hydraulic components • Have a sound understanding of hydraulic and mechanical engineering principles. Preferred knowledge of ISO standards of operations. -Knowledge/understanding of basic health and safety principles

• Evaluate hydraulic suitability pre & post order, managing associated risk


• Operationalizing hydraulic designs, using appropriate software.
  Ensure the vendor's selection of software is accurate by managing the hydraulic data set and keeping up to date with latest calculations and methodology.


• Review research papers & other publications to broaden knowledge.


• Contribute to the company's innovation and operational development by completing R&D projects, in accordance with business needs

• Provide technical and trouble-shooting support in relation to hydraulic performance issues.

• Work closely with electrical, software and mechanical design engineers, to produce a well-integrated machine
