Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the school, setting high standards for academic excellence, student achievement, and staff performance.


• Oversee the daily operations of the school, including academic programs, extracurricular activities, and administrative functions.


• Develop and implement school policies, procedures, and programs that align with the school’s mission and goals.


• Lead and manage a team of educators and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.


• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching methods and curriculum, making improvements as needed.


• Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that encourages student engagement, creativity, and personal growth.


• Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community to enhance the school’s reputation and support student success.


• Ensure compliance with educational regulations, standards, and best practices.


• Manage the school’s budget, resources, and facilities to ensure efficient and effective use of funds.


• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the school community.
