Job Summary

Our client is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Sales Driver to join their drink distribution company. The Sales Driver will be responsible for delivering beverages to clients, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and promoting products to grow sales within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Delivery and Sales
   
   
   • Deliver beverage products to customers, including retailers, restaurants, and other outlets.
   
   
   • Ensure the accurate loading and unloading of products at delivery points.
   
   
   • Promote and upsell products to existing and potential customers during deliveries.
   
   
   
   


2. Customer Relations
   
   
   
   • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
   
   
   • Address customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback promptly and professionally.
   
   
   • Assist customers in placing repeat or new orders as needed.
   
   
   
   


3. Order and Inventory Management
   
   
   
   • Verify orders before delivery to ensure accuracy.
   
   
   • Collect payments and issue receipts as required.
   
   
   • Track and report inventory levels in the delivery vehicle.
   
   
   
   


4. Vehicle Management
   
   
   
   • Maintain the company vehicle in good working condition, including regular checks and servicing.
   
   
   • Ensure compliance with traffic and safety regulations while driving.
   
   
   • Report any vehicle issues or accidents to the relevant department promptly.
   
   
   
   


5. Reporting and Documentation
   
   
   
   • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales, and payments collected.
   
   
   • Submit daily or weekly sales and delivery reports to the sales manager.
   
   
   • Monitor and report market trends or competitor activities during route visits.
