* Valid driver’s license B with a clean driving record. * ⁠7-10 years experience in driving. * ⁠Must be familiar with Accra’s neighborhood and districts and also be able to navigate Accra with ease. * ⁠Must be proficient in driving 4X4 vehicles. * Proven experience as a company driver or similar role. * Excellent knowledge of roads and traffic patterns * Strong safety record and adherence to defensive driving techniques * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Excellent organisational and time management skills * Ability to utilize maps, GPS systems and car manuals. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Maintain company vehicles in good working condition, ensuring regular cleaning and servicing.
* Plan and execute routes efficiently, considering traffic and road conditions.
* Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations and company policies.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for passengers.
* Manage and maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance
* Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues or concerns.
