Coordinate with third-party courier services to schedule order pickup, shipment, tracking, and customer delivery.
Be the owner of Operations P&L (courier cost, compensation cost, Fleet operations cost, Materials, etc..)
Be responsible for operational excellence levers, including courier profitability and incentives management, supply and demand balance, delivery times optimization, courier positioning and zoning & implementing logistics features
Address courier issues promptly and provide timely updates on order status to ensure customer satisfaction.
Enhance the customer experience by providing real-time order visibility, tracking, and notifications.
Establish and optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
Analyze customer orders, assess order volume, and plan for peak delivery times.
Monitor and manage the performance of courier services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans when necessary.
Regularly evaluate delivery times, costs, and other metrics to maximize efficiency.
Track and report performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Monitor courier performance, analyze KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve delivery time and cost.
Negotiate courier contracts to ensure the best pricing and services.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations.
