- Greet clients as soon as they arrived and connect them with the appropriate party.
- Answering phone in a timely manner and directing calls to the correct offices.
- Must be able to deal with complaints or problems.
- Deal with bookins by phone, e-mail letter, fax and face toface.
- In charge of handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Responsible for Checking visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Scheduling and confirm appointments and maininting events calenders.
