REPORTS TO: General Manager
- Manage all types of communication.
- Ensure all administrative operations of the office are conducted to the highest standard, amongst other areas, to ensure all reporting procedures and processes delegated by HQ are conducted in a timely manner and adhere to all set deadlines.
- Other relevant tasks of the job purpose when, and if required.
Job Role Qualifications
- HND /Degree in Business or Admin related courses
- 2-3 years’ experience in office administration
- Fluent in native & English language, (read, spoken, written).
- Excellent knowledge in MS applications. (especially word and excel)
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must live in or around Spintex
