A confident lady with a Diploma OR HND in Management Studies/Marketing/Public Relations/Communication from a recognized tertiary institution.
- A confident lady with a Diploma OR HND in Management Studies/Marketing/Public Relations/Communication from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Two or more years working experience in Customer Care in the service industry will be an advantage.
- Must be very confident and has command in the use of the English language.
- Must be very attentive to details with regards to Client Records/Data management.
- Candidate must be very time conscious person who has the ability to multitask and learn on the job.
- Possess the drive and ability to sell company services and make aggressive follow up calls.
- Candidates must live within the East Legon environs
- Candidate should be willing to learn and adapt quickly to work exigencies.
- Must have the requisite human relation skills that will ensure and enhance interdepartmental Team work.
- Must be Computer literate (word, excel, power point etc. etc.)
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Must exhibit professional phone ethics.
- Must be highly organized and takes responsibility for work done.
- Must be ready to start work immediately and willing to work with us for not less than 3 years.
