We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Front of House Operations Manager to help us build up our business activities.
The position covers the following:
• Accomplishing marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
• Maintaining relations with existing clients as well as developing new client base.
• Overseeing activities of conference department such as; Consulting with customers to determine objectives and requirements for events, maintain records of event aspects, including financial details, review event bills for accuracy and approve payment. Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, up-to-date debt information for each client.
• Work closely with customers to communicate how much they owe the company, set a payment deadline and assist them with a payment plan to eventually resolve their debt.
• Investigating payment discrepancies and working to properly resolve them with customers.
• Assisting customers over the phone and in person, answering their questions and organizing their reservation plans.
• Handling online booking engines as well social media and website management.
