Customer Service Representatives Information
1. Handle incoming calls to the Call Center using a console
2. Assist with generating sales orders through telephoning
3. Communicate with cutsomers of thier sales deliveries
4. Answer queries and other concerns of potential customers or callers
5. Keep a constant communication with customers and sales teams during delivery
6. Track and record electronic orders made by customers and subsequently confirm sales order with payment references.
7. Be the interface between Company and customers
8. Handle customer accounts
9. Undertake tele-marketing and achieve stated sales targets.
