Customer Service Representatives Information
The Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing an excellent experience by handling customer interactions received via live chat. He or she must have an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, processes, the law etc. to effectively handle customer inquiries, concerns, etc.
- Respond to all customer requests/ inquiries received via live chat.
- Handle and receive customer complaints.
- Maintain a timely and accurate database of all customer interactions
- Cross-sell and up-sell the company products to customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- HND or Degree in any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role
- Business acumen
- Customer focus
- Problem solving/analysis.
- Ability to manage sensitive and critical customer information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Results oriented
- Team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
