• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex issues to
the supervisor as needed.
• Process, track and update customers on the status of their orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional concerns.
• Stay updated on the company's products, services, and manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with the sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer
experiences.
