- ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AND MANAGEMENT OF MEMBERS/CLIENTS FILES – Execute proper filling system, proper transfer of files, and accurate daily and weekly updates of Members/Client’s folders for payments, data entry and visits.
- OWN DEPARTMENT – Maintain professionalism, Members/clients Order-of-Attendance, Sitting arrangement, Good smell, less noise maintenance and control general operational traffic.
- ASSIST ALL FIRST-TIMERS TO FILL CONSULT FORMS – Assist in correctly explaining and filling out Consult Forms to all new Members.
- SALES – Continuous learning and researching to improve Chiropractic Front Desk duties. Introduce new services and products to new, old and prospective Members/clients and know all ongoing marketing activities in the company.
- MAKE AND RECEIVE ALL COMPANY CALLS – Make daily and weekly calls to old/existing Members and Social Media prospects and receive and answer all official calls professionally and promptly.
- IT DUTIES – Daily checking of company emails, Members' SMS sending, Front Desk system updates and Record Entries.
- ASSIST DOCTORS – Before and after exams preparation, timely notices and alerts, sending of daily statistics.
- RECORD TESTIMONIES FROM HAPPY AND DELIGHTED CLIENTS – Seek and record testimonies monthly.
- SYSTEM CHECKING AND ENTRIES – Members Schedule Appointment, Payment Entries into the software system. etc.
- EDUCATE CLIENTS – Timely announcement on new products and services, changes in fees, Chiropractic service, and on the spine.
- HEALTH TALKS – Learn effective Health Talk Presentation about the spine and healthy living.
- LEARN OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES - Learn the Procedures from the entry point to finish and any new changes in the different fee charges.
- ACCOUNTING DUTIES – Embark on periodic banking errands, issuing of receipts, safe keeping of sales, periodic logistics distribution, daily reconciliation with the Accounts department, receiving and accounting for the correct daily sales without delay in payments from clients. Abreast yourself with all payment modes.
- TRAINING AND SELECTING RELIEVERS – Give the right training to all possible Front Desk Relievers for purposes of future leaves and emergencies.
- PERSONAL AND DEPARTMENT APPEARANCE – Develop and sustain professionalism and fresh fragrance; Adhere to the company dress code; Practice personal hygiene, safety and a healthy working environment.
- POSSESSION OF PHONE AND USAGE AT HOME – Answer calls at all times during working hours, turn to vibration/silence when at home and return all missed calls in a timely manner and on the same day.
