We are looking for a female Call Center Representative with good customer service experience
for our client in the financial Sector.
Job Description
1. Remote and full-time job.
2. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
3. Will be accountable for the collection of outstanding commercial and/or
consumer debts.
4. Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
5. Address customers concerns and direct customers to other resources when
appropriate.
Job Requirements
• Must hold a bachelor degree or HND in any relevant field.
• 2 or more years’ experience as a customer service or office administrator (Work
experience in the financial service sector will be an advantage).
• Exceptional customer service experience.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work professionally from home.
• Must have fully functioning Personal Computer or laptop with camera and good
internet connection.
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and
PowerPoint).
• Comfortable handling confidential information.
