Qualifications

∙Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (minimum). ∙Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred. ∙Minimum of 7 years of Executive Management experience in a significant financial services organization in Ghana. ∙Membership in relevant professional bodies will be advantageous. ∙Must meet the Bank of Ghana’s Fit-and-Proper requirements for key management personnel.
