Responsibilities;

• Establishing and enforcing safety guidelines for workers to follow while on the job


• Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures


• Training new employees on how to perform their jobs properly


• Supervising workers to ensure they are performing their duties in a safe and effective manner


• Ensuring that all personnel are complying with applicable laws and regulations


• Scheduling work crews to ensure that all tasks are completed within time frames specified by management


• Determining the best methods for cleaning various types of surfaces such as walls or floors


• Monitoring the progress of projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget


• Conducting inspections to ensure that work is being performed efficiently and effectively


• Coordinating with other departments such as facilities maintenance to ensure that all cleaning needs are met

Requirements

• Must possess excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, and listening


• Must have good interpersonal skills


• Must  have outstanding organization and coordination  skills


• Must display a high level of integrity


• Excellent decision-making ability is a must-have


• Must be proactive in the line of duty


• Must have the ability and willingness to work as part of a team, and most importantly, lead a team


• Should have a clear understanding of customer service guidelines/principles


• Must have relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning procedures
