Job Description :
Oversee the daily operations of the canteen, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
Supervise, train, and schedule canteen staff.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
Maintain stock inventory, place orders, and manage suppliers.
Develop menus in collaboration with nutritionists or school/company policy (if applicable).
Handle cash, balance daily sales, and maintain financial records.
Monitor food costs and implement cost-control measures.
Address customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
Maintain equipment and arrange repairs or replacements as needed.
Report to senior management regarding performance, issues, and improvement suggestions.
