Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in a three or four star hotel.
Experience in cruise operations
Proven sales track record will be an advantage
Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Leadership and team management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Develop a comprehensive cruise plan to ensure full optimization of company’s rivercraft equipment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and other key partners.
- Create and execute sales and marketing campaigns to promote the hotel’s services and amenities.
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with local businesses, event organizers, and stakeholders to enhance the hotel’s market presence.
- Develop and manage loyalty programs and promotions to retain and attract clients.
- Prepare and manage the business development budget.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the General Manager.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase the hotel’s online presence and engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data driven decisions to improve performance.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing client concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities.
