Job Summary
The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the direct sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent sales skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive team performance. The Direct Sales Manager will work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies.
Job Responsibility
1. Achieve and/or surpass the monthly assigned sales targets .
2. Negotiate orders with Institutional buyers and tender for government contracts.
3. Identify and grow opportunities within the existing customers and collaborate with the sales team to ensure growth attainment.
4. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of products potential and competition behavior.
4. Remain in frequent contact with the clients to understand their needs and get new orders.
5. Report periodic monthly activity report for the monthly review meeting including past months activities, achievements next months objectivally to the HOD the status of existing customers and prospects.
6. Follow up on debtors.
7. Ensuring on-time and in full supplies by coordinating with the factory and logistics department.
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2. Minimum of [6 – 10 ] years of experience in direct sales, with at least [5] years in a managerial role.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through direct sales.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
