JOB OVERVIEW
A UK-based group of companies is seeking an ambitious, focused, talented, and honest Business Support Administrator to join its growing team in Accra, Ghana.The group operates in two key sectors: facility management and fashion retail. The facility management business serves over 30 clients across various industries, delivering professional cleaning and related services. The fashion retail arm serves hundreds of clients, primarily in Ghana, offering stylish apparel and personalized customer experiences.This dynamic role requires a motivated individual capable of supporting operations across both businesses. You will handle a wide range of administrative, operational, HR, customer service, and financial tasks to ensure day-to-day functions run smoothly and efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Raise purchase orders, receipt goods/services, and generate client invoices.
Work closely with business directors and suppliers to ensure efficient execution of contracts.
Manage stock and sales records, process orders, track deliveries, and ensure proper storage of supplies, reporting issues to management.
Assist HR with interview coordination, onboarding packs, personnel file management, and general HR support.
Provide payroll administration assistance.
Support marketing initiatives, including basic social media management and campaign coordination.
Handle general administrative duties including filing, answering inquiries, and documentation.
Interact with customers, resolving basic service or product-related issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and assist with the timely completion of operational tasks.
Coordinate the delivery of goods and services to clients.
Perform errands such as banking, sourcing office supplies, and making client visits as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience:
Minimum of a first degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience in a clerical or administrative support role.
Skills & Attributes:
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Access, and ERP systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Professional telephone manner and solid understanding of customer service excellence.
Discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working with data and performing basic analysis.
Working knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and WhatsApp.
