• Develop and execute business policies and supply chain strategies across sourcing, procurement, warehousing, marketing, sales, and logistics to achieve Board and shareholder goals.

• Advise the CEO and General Management on operational performance, providing strategic insights for growth and decision-making.

• Lead the preparation and implementation of business plans to drive cost-effective operations and strategic market development.

• Oversee negotiation and management of key contracts to protect financial performance and support company investments.
