- Answer and direct phone calls
- Sales and Marketing experience is a plus.
- Must have a grip on social media management and platforms.
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos and letters
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Excellent typing speed,good with Excel,Word and PowerPoint.
- Provide general support to visitors
- Keep the office and showroom in order.
- Must be very organized, eloquent and smart
- Other duties as may be required
