Description
- Handle invoicing and basic record-keeping for a Wholesale Pharmacy
- Follow up on tenders, register with hospitals and ensure supplies are done promptly
- Manage office filing and documentation.
- Assist with reordering stock and office supplies.
- Follow up on payments and dues from customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Make and receive phone calls, routing them as needed.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and suppliers.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
