Description
Our client, a leading cement manufacturing company is looking for experienced persons to fill the role of a Commercial Administrator to assist in the operations of the business.
ROLE PROFILE
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting commercial teams to maximize commercial productivity by processing sales orders for retail and corporate clients as well as analysing and communicating commercial data (sales records, geographical information) to commercial stakeholders. He or she will contribute to the overall success of the organization’s administrative activities and will perform the following additional duties:
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process incoming sales orders into our corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry to support seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain a comprehensive and updated map of all cement retail outlets.
- Ensure accurate geographical information for effective distribution planning.
- Manage and update the commercial client master list, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Facilitate effective communication and engagement with commercial clients.
- Analyse relevant data and provide actionable insights to empower commercial teams in executing strategies.
- Offer data-driven recommendations to enhance decision-making and performance.
- Facilitate information flow between the commercial team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain positive relationships to support collaboration and achieve business objectives.
- Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and related documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
