Raising payment vouchers.
Preparation of payroll and payment of salaries.
Updating sales information into system.
Issuing of receipts and Invoices and other source documents.
Updating of daily report on the following (stocks, receivables, cashbook, sales book commission statement and  performance sheet)
Preparation of Financial report for external audit.
Filing and payment of statutory periodic returns-SSNIT-Income Tax, VAT and Withholding Tax.
Periodic bank statement reconciliation.
Inspection of the financials of the various branches.
Follow up and recovery of debt.
Financial forecast as and when the need arises.
Monitoring & evaluation of marketers accounts.
And any relevant assignments.
