Financial record keeping Maintain financial records, including ledgers, to ensure accuracy Record incoming and outgoing payments Verify accounts payable and receivable Research financial account activity Financial reporting Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Analyze financial statements to identify credit risks Budgeting and forecasting Assist in creating and monitoring budgets Forecast revenue and expenditure Internal controls and compliance Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud Ensure compliance with financial regulations Evaluate internal management systems, procedures, and risks Other responsibilities Provide support during audits and tax preparation, Resolve accounting discrepancies, and Contact clients about transactions and invoices.
