• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field • Proven working experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role • Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel) • Strong numerical and analytical skills • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Assist the day-to-day treasury operations, including accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and general ledger entries


• Review and process supplier and statutory payments


• Prepare accurate and timely Bank reconciliation statements


• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting of treasury activities


• Perform Reconciliation on all Cash sales, cash in hand accounts on periodic basis


• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures


• Assist with internal and External Audit


• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial controls and processes


• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries and conducting account reconciliations


• Execute daily cash management transactions, such as wire transfers and cash pooling


• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
