Our client, a premier home manufacturer is seeking to hire a highly skilled and motivated individual proficient to assist with the operations of the company as an ACCOUNTANT.

ROLE PROFILE

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements to the General Manager and CEO and the overall organization. He or she will perform the following duties as well:

 

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting and procedural standards.


• Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Develop and implement audit plans and strategies.


• Handle international financial transactions, including currency conversions, international invoicing, and compliance with global financial regulations.


• Assist in the development and implementation of budgets.


• Monitor and report on variances between actuals and forecasts.


• Prepare and submit tax filings accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and international tax regulations.


• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.


• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and financial reporting by utilizing various accounting software to perform accounting tasks.


• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement and provide insights and recommendations to management.


• Support financial decision-making across the organization by working closely with other departments to ensure financial policies and procedures are understood and followed.


• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations.


• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and operations.
