We are looking for an Account executive who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day cash flow of the organization including making invoices, maintaining records of transactions, monitoring expenses, and providing reports to the management for financial analysis
Account executive Job Description
– Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc
– Handling day-to-day accounting
– Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
– Handling all banking related works
– Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email
– Making payments through various modes like, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
– Preparing profit and loss statements
– Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
– Handling petty cash
– Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws
Account executive requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or its equivalent
– 4 years of experience as an accountant in the Trading Company
– Proficient in managing accounting software
– Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes
– Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics
– Good team player
