JOB SUMMARY
The Client Solutions Executive will drive revenue by developing strategic client relationships, delivering tailored IT and training solutions, and managing the full sales cycle-from the lead generation through post-sales engagement. You will act as the bridge between the company’s solution offerings and the specific needs of enterprise clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow accounts in banking, energy, telecom, mining, government sectors, etc.
- Actively prospect new clients and uncover demand for IT training, consulting, OEM solutions, and infrastructure integration.
- Understand customer challenges and match them with appropriate solutions such as IBM QRadar, Instana, Turbonomic, HCL BigFix, Microsoft, etc.
- Work with technical and delivery teams to prepare quotes, proposals, and project plans.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in CRM (HubSpot).
- Follow up on webinar/event leads, nurture cold and warm prospects, and maintain client engagement.
- Forecast revenue and track performance against sales targets.
- Upsell/cross-sell within existing accounts (e.g., add SOAR to QRadar clients, introduce training or new modules).
- Participate in bootcamps, product enablement, and certification programs to deepen product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to deliver demos, PoCs, and workshops
