Since 2023, the Foundation has appointed Ernst & Young (EY) to anchor the selection process for the TEF Entrepreneurship Programme. 
 
Each selected Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneur will be granted access to undergo the Programme to receive:

• $5,000 in non-refundable seed capital to kickstart or scale their business.


• World-class business management, AI, and green economy training.


• One-on-one mentorship from industry experts.


• Access to global networks and investment opportunities to support long-term growth.
