Ghana, one of the fastest-growing economies in West Africa, has achieved an average growth rate of 8% over the last 10 years, becoming one of Turkey's strongest trading partners in Africa. As of 2024, Turkey's total exports to Africa reached $19.4 billion, with the highest growth rate of 49.6% recorded in Ghana.
The forum, to be held in the capital Accra, will offer participants the opportunity to meet with the country's largest importers, government agencies, and distributors. With its strong logistics infrastructure thanks to Tema Port, Ghana is a regional trade hub in West Africa. With
a population expected to reach approximately 40 million, an urbanization rate projected to reach 60%, and investment-friendly policies, Ghana offers long-term opportunities for Turkish exporters. At the WCI Forum Ghana , our participants will have the chance to meet with the right buyers and make a strong entry into the region.

June 22, 2026: Cotonou/Benin
The Port of Cotonou, the gateway to West Africa, is at the heart of trade in the region. In 2023, Benin's imports totaled $5.8 billion. Benin is a strategic location for Turkey, offering both high market potential and distribution advantages to West Africa.
June 23, 2026: Lome/Togo
Lomé, one of the region's most strategic ports, makes Togo a logistics hub for West Africa. In 2023, the country's imports reached $4.1 billion. Thanks to its logistical location, Togo is a key trading point not only for its own market but also for access to neighboring countries.
