Radford University College was founded by Nana and Alicia Wiredu and members of the Board of Trustees. This is its inaugural year of operation at its campus located in Accra, Ghana.

The formation of the University was based upon the desire of its founders to provide a unique learning experience for students coming from all levels of the community. The programs are designed to foster entrepreneurial spirit, economic development, and both professional and academic research that will enhance the community of Ghana and impact on the global village..
