Invest In Africa in collaboration with Sync Consult is organizing a paid training on the topic: “Writing A Winning Business Plan” . 

A business plan is an invaluable tool for managing a business. It also serves as a document to support an application for outside financing, in fact every established source of financing – including venture capitalists, banks, governments and franchisers – will expect to review a business plan as part of any application for financing.

As a result, every organisation requires a good business plan as a useful tool to guide the operations of the business.

At the end of the programme, each participant would be able to either lead, undertake or contribute substantially to the development of a winning business plan.

Each participant will receive a business plan template, in Microsoft Word format, which will be building block to guide the development of winning business plans.
