Sales Leadership Convention, is an annual congregation of Sales Professionals, Business Development Managers, Front Line Workers, Business Professionals, Customer Service Professionals, Service Agents, Managers, Supervisors who interact with customers and wish to improve both their skills and organizational success. Sales is considered the key to a business’ success, we believe everyone must have education in sales to be able to meet a competitive advantage.

Andrews Ayiku is the Area Manager of Anglophone West Africa operations of E4impact Foundation and has worked in management levels at various financial institutions. Andrew expertise is in helping and training start-ups and entrepreneurs to develop sustainable business models and think creatively about how they impact their communities. Andrew is a visiting lecturer at China Europe International Business School Africa Accra, a lecturer at University of Professional Studies, a visiting lecturer in Business Strategy since 2015 at the Global MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship (University of Makeni Sierra Leone), a facilitator at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Accra campus. MAXWELL DODD Maxwell is a Sales Strategist with over 20 years career experience and track record in Sales, Business and Chanel Development. Maxwell is currently the Country Manager for Econet Media.
He is an international speaker with yearly presentations at AfriCom and NGT Summit/Conference. Maxwell holds MBA International Marketing from the UK, a Professional Marketer with Postgraduate qualification in Advances Telecom Strategy in from Harvard Business School. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Marketing UK\Ghana and serve on the Super Brands
