ABOUT THE TRAINING: Purple Almond Consulting, a leading Governance firm is collaborating with Gamey and Gamey Group to organise a two-day training on Resolving Corporate Governance Disputes.This two-day practical training has been designed specifically for corporate executives with the purpose of strengthening leadership on the various corporate governance disputes that could arise in organisations and boardrooms and the mediation options available for redress. Participants will also learn together the consequences associated with corporate governance disputes, how to calculate the cost of conflicts which has so far eluded most companies and the skills necessary to make a difference when handling dispute resolution at the workplace.
