RecTrain Services Limited presents to you the “Leadership & Management Taster” session on Tuesday, 24th October 2017 and a detailed three (3) day workshop from the 25th – 27th October 2017 inclusive respectively designed for individuals with line or people management responsibilities such as Managers, Departmental Heads and Supervisors.

The Leadership and Management Taster and detailed workshop teach individuals how to develop strategies, build processes, use best practices and group the team to get results. In addition, the sessions will improve employees’ performance, identify motivators and help bridge departmental silos to implement change.

The “taster” session presents a basic overview of topics listed in the attached flier.

Whereas the workshop for the first two days is more detailed and tailor made to suit respective client needs with third half day covering presentation of  journal continuous professional development project to be completed and reviewed three months after the workshop.
