KITA is a non-profit making non-governmental institution providing vocational technical training, extension, and consultancy in general tropical agriculture to practising and prospective farmers. It is also involved in rural development and community extension. The Professional Farmers College of KITA offers Diploma and Certificate Courses in Tropical Agriculture both residential and Distance learning components at its center located between Domeabra and Apromase in the Ejisu Juaben district of the Ashanti region of Ghana.
