Ayensu River Ltd. was incorporated as a company in 1995.

The Company moved into its ultra-modern office building at the Trade Fair Site in March 1998. We are currently developing Valley View estates, near Valley View University, which is a 200-housing project along the Accra-Dodowa road and also at East Legon Extension.

We have a new estate at Malejor, 7 kilometers from the Adenta Barrier and a new site named Pantang Estates, 2 Kilometers from the Adenta barrier on the Aburi road. Ayensu River Ltd. is a proud member of Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA) in good standing.

The President of the company is Mr. Kofi Ayensu, a Howard University trained architect who has been designing and developing residential and commercial houses in the U.S since 1984 before coming to settle in Ghana in 1995. He is an Associate of the U.S residential warranty corporation.

The Management team is made up of highly motivated and experienced individuals. The minimum qualifications of our site foreman is a Higher Vocational Technical degree .
