The Agility Group is investing in and developing a network of seventy (70) Agility Distribution Parks (ADP’S) across Africa to provide essential infrastructure targeted both local and international companies, Logistics Service providers and SME’s operating across the continent as well as facilitate trade and economic cooperation.

Companies are now able to lease international standard warehouses, industrial facilities and commercial office space that guarantee consistent power, IT connectivity and security without investing their capital.

The first ADP in Africa is in Ghana and located in the Tema Free Zone Enclave adjacent to the Tema Port. This project will include a built up area of 100,000m2 and provide bonded, non-bonded, free trade zone and on shore facilities when fully completed.

Phase 1 of the Tema ADP opened in August 2016 and consists of the following:

1.    5,000 m2       -   B+ classified ready built warehouses

2.    10,000 m2     -   Open yard space

3.    780 m2           -    Retail / Office space

4.    30,000 m2     -   Build to Suit space

The most exciting part of our value proposition is the Built to Suit (BTS) solution where businesses can start -up, expand or diversify with zero capital upfront.  Agility also builds industrial facilities according to customer’s specification and with a minimum ten- year lease agreement payable every quarter.

Phase 2 of the Tema ADP will be completed in the third quarter of 2017 and will consist of the following additional Warehouses:

1. 3,000 m2 -  (3 units  of  1,000 m2)
2. 2,000 m2 - ( 4 units of   500 m2)
